Join us for the first edition of Sustaintable at the Marbella Club, a charity lunch where chef Andrés Ruiz and Coco Montes, from Michelin-starred Pabú in Madrid, come together to create a four-hands menu that honours seasonal cooking and the richness of local produce. All proceeds will support the Arboretum Foundation, dedicated to ecological regeneration and environmental education.
