We’re thrilled to unveil Ana Maria, the extension of our Marbella Club gardens into the exclusive finca next door, exclusively for resident guests. Together with the “Gardener Prince” Louis Albert de Broglie and Deyrolle, the Marbella Club has masterminded a five year “ephemeral” project in finca Ana María to create a light footprint natural ecosystem of nourishing gardens. In line with Deyrolle’s mission of Nature, Art and Education, the project will serve as an interactive learning platform to be enjoyed by all generations of our guests, championing a connection to nature through wellbeing and gastronomy, cultural and kids club activities. The garden will also serve as an incubator for the longer-term plans for development and will aim to solve towards a more sustainable future.
Our 10 gardens will evolve over time and include a beautiful Cabinet de Curiosités showcasing our Mediterranean ecosystem, an acacia maze, a Storytelling tree, a mandala-shaped garden with over 300 fruit and vegetable varieties, a heritage tomato garden, and many more to discover.
Our newest pool stands at the site of the original von Bismarck family home. A perfect and quiet alternative for lounging with a cocktail or playing backgammon in the shade, the pool also serves snacks and sandwiches for whiling the afternoon away. We welcome resident guests over the age of 16.
We revive the original padel court at the top of Finca Ana María for booking and private lessons, surrounded by foosball and ping pong tables for those watching games from the stands. Feel free to also check with our Wellness team regarding weekly aeroyoga and special masterclasses taking place in the lower Beach Deck overlooking the Mediterranean.
We have added two new culinary experiences, meant to awaken the senses and celebrate Finca Ana María’s bounty. The Tomato Experience will see ecologist and caretaker of the grounds, Alejandro Orioli, tour guests through 100 heritage varieties of tomatoes and a tomato-inspired tasting menu whipped up by wellness chef, Andrés Ruiz. In the Kitchen Garden Experience guests will pick from our mandala-shaped garden to create a nutritional lunch, enjoyed under the shade.
Finca Ana María is dotted with bougainvillea-covered pergolas, two vintage greenhouses, a sunken picnic table, a towering storytelling tree and many nooks and crannies that can adapt to your private event or celebration. Choose from a variety of tablescaping options and menus for a unique and immersive garden experience.
